With a carryover of $1.9 million from the Labour Day meet, the Pick-9 should be well supported tomorrow and a payout of close to $3 million looks a real possibility.

The Pick-9 will cover all nine races on the card, while the Super-6, which starts anew with the guaranteed minimum of $750,000, commences from race four through to the ninth race.

We look at the Super-6 which gets under way with Division I of an overnight allowance race over 1200 metres to be contested by nine starters.

PAGEE PRINCESS

Despite the presence of the useful filly PAGEE PRINCESS, PASSA PASSA and SHE'S OUTRAGEOUS, the race should be won by the American 4-y-o filly WAP, who makes her debut well forward in condition and could well be a cut above present company, having won twice in the USA last year.

The unbeaten American filly, SKITTLE QUEEN, from the stables of champion trainer Wayne DaCosta, should pack too many guns for hat-trick seeker BURNING CIELO in the fifth race over 1400 metres, to be contested by only six starters.

With top jockeys Omar Walker and Dane Nelson on suspension, this paves the way for in-form Paul 'Country' Francis, who is third in the standings, to come into his own and win the sixth race over 1820 metres with ALLTHEBEST, who finished a close fourth to to MYA'S GIRL over 1400 metres last Saturday. ALLTHEBEST can expect stiff opposition from the Dalton Sirjue-trained debutante SPACE FURY, who has caught the eye at exercise.

The seventh race, No. 5 in the CTL Claiming series ($220,000 and less) over the straight five course, should see hat-trick seeker TESSANNE, old rival DIGI N' JIGGY, THE REBEL and COCK ROBIN, who has the distinction of winning two races in the series so far, in contention where it matters.

COCK ROBIN should prove hard to beat, but if there's a horse in the field capable of doing so, it must be THE REBEL (lasix) whose two wins to date have both come over the straight five course. The last two races should be won by THE REAL STREAM and BULLSEYE.
